Package application for iOS on Mac : "Failed to install" message when syncing

Ok I executed all the steps from this link : http://docs.sencha.com/touch/2-0/#!/...tive_packaging . I executed:

sencha package build packager.json

and it ran successfully:

[INFO] The application was successfully packaged
The application was successfuly signed

Ok all is great with the world right? No, not so fast, after I drag the app file to itunes and then Sync to install my app on my ipad I get the generic: "Failed to install" message from my ipad. How the heck can I find out why its failing?

Also I added a development provisioning profile and a distribution provisioning profile that corresponds to my application name and application id inside my packager.json file plus made sure my ipad associated with my provisioning profiles so this should work, but obviously I'm missing something....
