Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for a bug in our system in a recent build.

    My company is using an 3.0.0 version of GXT charts... And like one of the users mentioned this error comes up when all the bars have value 0, or when they have negative values.
    I tried with setting the steps and the maximum on the axis and it worked for me..
    So if anyone is using the older version of GXT i.e 3.0.0 then setting the steps and the minimum on the axis should do the trick..
