Would you please clarify what you want?
Are you saying that you hand crafted a ST application but now you want to incorporate it in SA?
If so, is possible but I'm afraid that isn't a simple task.
One option is to start from scratch creating the UI using SA then copy/paste the code to the appropriate locations: controller event handlers, view event handlers and so.
The other one is to include your code via resources and add to your project new components.
Regards.
PD: Which language you speaks?UI: Sencha Architect 2.x / ExtJS 4 MVC

Application Server: Glassfish 3.1.x

Yep, es mi lengua natal.
If is your first SA application may be isn't to bad to write it again using SA.
How big is your application?
Depending on the size could be a couple of days up to a week but with the advantages that you have the chance, as any second time, to write it better and to easy the maintenance.
Regards.

I been using ExtJS 4.x for about 1.5 years (since ExtJS 4 public beta started) but only in my spare time in my own projects.Cuanto llevas desarrollando en SA y ST?
I didn't used ST too much, just a couple of proof of concept projects.

Start Over In Architect
Start Over In Architect
Sergio is 100% right.
Start over in architect. If your intent is to use architect to write your applications, you will eventually have to move it all over to architect anyway. There may come a time when you can hand edit some of the configs and functions in another editor and architect will recognize these edits and validate or reject them, but not now. there may come a time when you can generate a new template app and start from there, but not now.
Best thing is to just do it. Invest the time now. It will pay off in just a few days time.
