Dynamic user interfaces

I am building an application that dynamically renders the uis.
For this to happen, I thought of using the tool Sencha Architect 2 to give me the code I want ui. In applying make the request to the database that you want and the ui is rendered with the method Ext.applyIf.
I'll be doing the best?

Are you building complete forms based on selection, or by field? You mentioned using SA2, this leads me to believe you are offering which form to display?
