[2.1B2] Ext.device.Device.openURL doesn't seem to work

I've been testing this all morning, device seems to be working, I have the right requires, it works on the browser as expected, but Ext.device.Device.openURL does not seem to be working in my native build... there is simply a pause and the button that I have it attached to depresses held for a moment, but no URL ever opens, I've tried hard coding it, I've tried tel: and url, and it doesn't work....

I should say I got the native build working with the stbuild hotfix, otherwise my native build wouldn't complete... I don't know whether this is related to SDK tools or what, but yeah, would really love to see this function properly working...

This will work with the next version of the Native Packager which is going in with Beta 3.

I've noticed that b3 is in the nightly builds, is the native packager available to download also? I'm a support subscriber.

I'm not clear how to tell if my version of the native packager should include the fix described that was planned for "beta 3". How can I tell if this is my problem with getting openURL to work?

As far as I know, this is out and working, but only for iOS. Still waiting for the Android version of it...
