Ext.plugin.touch.form.Speech source code problem

I download source code from https://github.com/mitchellsimoens/E...ch.form.Speech
it was not working for me. it suppose that I didn't find the plugin file.could someone tell me where I can find it? thanks a lot.

as following is error message from my Chrome console.

That plugin only works with ST1 not ST2
