I am using Xampp server and have downloaded the cityBars example to try as I could not get cityBars that I had typed in from the instructions to work properly.

My settings are as follows:

Project

URL prefix: http://localhost/citybars550
Deploy path: C:\xampp\htdocs\citybars550

all that I get is a blankl page with...

base_url Settings error

... on the screen.

I have looked high and low as to how to correct this problem but can't find a solution.

Anybody know where to go?
