content of project files is missing

I'm trying reopen my project and this message appear

what now ? is there any way to generate project files based on app directory ?
or I have to start from the beginning ?

I hope that you had a backup and/or had the contents of the project under source control that you can restore it.

Yes I have backup, but from few hours earlier
I use third part software to mount SFTP location and unnecessarily kept project files on it. Is any chance to Architect can deploy files to remote systems via SFTP ?

Not yet, but we do have a handful of plans for deployment in the future.
