IE8:Editgrid javascript error

With IE8 in an editgrid we've an error when we activate a basic text cell.
There's this same error in editgrid sample in gxt3 demo.
The error said that it's not possible to activate the control (Error number: -2146826178)

It works fine for ie7.

Is there a workaround ?
