Actually, we have yet to see this service work at all. If it's not our fault and not online in an hour, we're moving to something else, like our own node.js installation.
It's a nice idea, but needs to be far more stable if users are going to trust this.
@BrettNagy Yesterday one of the servers failed which caused app/group creation to fail. It was going very slowly, rather than not working at all, so we didn't notice until the evening. I fixed it last night.
The next release is built on all new infrastructure, which is much more resilient to failures like these.
