Gray Theme / IE8 Collapsed Region in BorderLayoutContainer shows blue border so looks odd.

Steps to replicate:

1. Fire up the gray theme examples.
2. View any of the BorderLayoutContinaer examples.
3. Collapse a region and the border is blue.
