Try this:

Ext.create('Ext.grid.Panel', {
    ...
    columns: [{
        header: '<a href="http://www.assign.com">Assign</a>',
        ...
    }]
});

In place of ABCD,I want ABCD(4) to be appeared in the header of the grid .
