Default Answered: Unable to deploy app

    Answered: Unable to deploy app

    Hello,

we have an application that we have uploaded for deployment. The upload appears to work correctly. We then flag to deploy into development and then production. This also appears to complete.

However, when following the links to view our app, we get 404 errors for both the dev and prod URLs.

We have tried several different ways of zipping our app, with and without a container folder, etc.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

  2. In the current version of the sencha.io the deployed applications must have an index.html file in the root of the uploaded zip.

If you upload a zip with out one it will not work. Based on the information you have provided that is the most likely cause of the problem you are seeing.
