Native build having invalid ipa - ioS rejecting it

My app builds & works fine.

When I create a native package by directly packaging the "production" build by

stbuild package packager.json

it installs on my ipad properly.

But when I package it as a native package using

sencha app build native

,

the iOS is not accepting the app. TestFlight accepts the app in both cases though. How do I debug this.
