    drag out tab panel to canvas,

    done.

    I think the question was about the TabBar specifically.

    So after dragging out a TabPanel, search for tab and then click + to add the tab bar config.

    Thanks Mthor and Acoran ... i could able to create the the tab bar from tab panel (created the tab bar in the Tabpanel's config )
