Passing the value to server

Inside a panel there are multiple fields present.
On clicking of submit button, i have to pass each value to the server.
How Can i achieve this?

If you are using a Ext.form.Panel you can use the submit function: http://docs.sencha.com/ext-js/4-1/#!...-method-submit
