Would it be possible to use Sencha Touch 2 SDK to create a web widget that
will generate out a piece of javascript that people can use to embed it on their
website (e.g. blogs, wordpress, etc) just to pull in some simple data that are
refreshing dynamic say like every 10 seconds?
You don't want to do this. It's meant for mobile web applications, not something you just add to your site. It's a bit too heavy for that sort of thing.
