    Keyboard issue in Android 4.1 Jellybean - Nexus


    In our Sencha 1.1 App: While tapping 7 button in the keyboard of the phone, the application is crashing. This is occuring for all the textfields and searchfields. Can anyone help.?????

    Only when you press the key 7 or 7 keys? Also is this in a packaged app or in the browser?

    Same problem. Packaged app. Only the digit 7 causes immediate crash of the app. I have also tried copying 7 from another app and pasting it. Same result -> App crashes. Jelly bean 4.1 on nexus 7 (isn't that a conicidence... :-) )

    The same app works fine on my S3 with ice cream sandwich 4.0

    more infos on problem:

    when I have selected some other text in the field then the app does not crash when tapping 7 and it is entered correctly. Also when pasting a text in the field when 7 is accompanied with other chars in the text pasted it does not crash. A very annoying problem. Please have a look at it!

    its not a sencha problem but a cordova one.

    This resolved my probs: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-1087
