URGENT - Same problem for me
URGENT - Same problem for me
Hi, hi have Mac OS 10.5.8
and installed Sencha Architect 2.1
If I double click on the Icon the app close immediately.
These are the log of the console:
/Applications/Sencha\ Architect.app/Contents/MacOS/Sencha\ Architect ; exit;
esmeralda-lokas-macbook:~ esmeralda83$ /Applications/Sencha\ Architect.app/Contents/MacOS/Sencha\ Architect ; exit;
Loading libion: /Users/esmeralda83/Library/Application Support/Sencha, Inc./Sencha Architect 2.0/libion-1.4.0.dylib
Unable to load Sencha Architect application -- Missing libion.
logout
What should I do?
Is it possible to fix the problem or simply I can't use sencha architect?
Thanks

Our official support is 10.6+. We'll have to see if we can get ahold of a 10.5.8 machine to see what the problem may be. Nothing sticks out as it would be a particular problem.
Is that libion file present in the location it specifies?Aaron Conran

Hi Aaron,
I tried to copy that file into the location, from here where the library is
/Applications/Sencha\ Architect.app/Contents/MacOS/
to there
/Users/esmeralda83/Library/Application Support/Sencha, Inc./Sencha Architect 2.0/
but as soon as I launch the application it is deleted and it doesn't start anyway.
Is it there any initiation/startup configuration file where I can check environment variables or directories used for installation?
Thanks,
Alberto
