    OK I FIGURED IT OUT. HERE IS THE ANSWER :

    IN TOOLBOX > RESOURCES > DOUBLE CLICK ON CSS RESOURCE > IT SHOWS UP UNDER RESOURCES IN THE INSPECTOR
