I'm full of questions today!

so, I've spent weeks/months...etc, developing a desktop style app with architect. I've got stores defined, models, grids, etc...
is there an easy way to use some of these components to get a jumpstart on a mobile app?
Any way to export the stores for use in sencha touch, or are they completely incompatible?
