setDisplayField, setDisplayValue,setOptions not working

Hi All,
I have created one combo box in which I want to set some specific value programatically.
I used setDisplayField, setDisplayValue,setOptions but none of these are working . I am using options config.

If I use store then I have to set data again.

how to use these functions?
