I can't reproduce this: http://screencast.com/t/1yv1PRpeDC
I also tried it with IE9 in IE8 mode (even though this isn't supported). Am I missing something?Evan Trimboli

Dear Evant,
You should try http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-4.1...two-trees.html example in IE8 mode.
Steps:-
1.) First drag any folder from Left Tree Panel to Right Tree Panel then drop. Now Right tree Panel will show up that dragged or moved folder.
2.) Now, in Right Tree Panel expand this moved folder and drag any leaf to Left tree Panel's any folder. But don't drop it. After few seconds you will find your dragged folder will get dropped automatically.
Hope these steps will help.
Thanks,

Dear Evant,
You are not reproducing this bug with correct steps.
In your video, i can see, you are using IE9 ( Browser Mode) and Quicks (Document Mode) in developers tool. But, for reproducing this you need to change this to IE8 (Browser Mode) and IE8 standards (Document Mode).
Hope this will help you to reproduce this.
Thanks,

Other browser modes are not supported, they don't behave exactly as the actual version of the browser.
We support IE9 in strict & quirks, not in any of the compat modes. You're welcome to open a support ticket and perhaps they can assist you with a workaround.Evan Trimboli

I can't create a ticket on your behalf, so you'll need to do so and then you can link them to this thread if you like.

Typically we do not support compatibility modes .. eg: IE8 mode in IE9
Please test this in IE8 and see if you experience the same problem. If this is the case, the please proceed to reporting this as a bug.
Scott.
