Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for SDKTOOLS-193 in 3.0.0 Sprint 6.

    In 3.0.0.181 "app-all.js is using ANSI not UTF8" breaks localization


    When having UTF-8 localization strings in the required JS Files, Sencha Cmd outputs ANSI, which leads to broken Umlauts (ä,ö,ü) etc.

    Since we are planning on releasing the app also in french and russian, we need to know how to enable Support for UTF-8 strings.
