Need get actioncolumn object by cls or id

Hi,

I have some issues selecting actioncolumn object by class.
This is my code:

Ext.select('.classObject').each(function(element){    var elementId = Ext.getCmp(element.id); } 

The code above returns me an empty array.

Also the following common code not works for me:

Ext.getCmp('actioncolumnId') 

returns me "undefined"

Why id or class are not recognized for actioncolumn object.
