REQUIRED INFORMATION

Ext version tested:
  • Ext 4.1.2
Browser versions tested against:
  • Chrome
  • IE9
Description:
  • I see the floatCollapsedPanel is private, but I am trying to use it. It works almost fine, but doesn't work in the following scenario. Maybe, it was the reason why this method is private, but it looks like a bug. Thank you for your time for looking into this.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
  • Click the East header to float
  • Click the Button before auto collapsing the East (if collapsing already started, the issue is not reproducible)
  • Try to float the East either by the Button or clicking the header
The result that was expected:
  • The East floats from right to left as it is if use to float the Button only or clicking the header only.
The result that occurs instead:
  • Now it floats from top to bottom
Test Case:
