Diving in to Sencha Architect and am trying to replicate a Border Layout with no luck

I was pulled on to a project where it was created in Sencha Architect, and as a UI/UX designer I was initially thrilled that we were using a tool meant to make my life easier. Unfortunately, my foray thus far has left me wanting desperately to go back to writing the code myself.

I realize this is simply lack of experience with the tool, so I'd like to start out simple: How do replicate the Border Layout found here using Sencha Architect?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Default

    Start an Ext Project

    Drag out a Viewport
Put a Panel inside of that Viewport
Set the Viewport's layout to 'fit'
Double click the title of the Panel to change it to "Border Layout"
Add 3 new panels to the top level panel
Change the top level panels layout to 'border'

Configure collapsible, split, minSize, maxSize, etc as desired

I had you all the way up until 'Configure collapsible, split, minSize, maxSize, etc as desired'.

EDIT: I seem to have it layout out somewhat close to what I'm after. Thank you.
