Sencha Tools Build - Error Resolving your application dependencies - Mac

Mac OSX Lion 10.7.4
I have installed Sencha SDK, Sencha Tools, and created an application.
I have tested the application and it works in the browser.
I am trying to execute:

sencha app build testing

The process stops building at the line:
[INFO] Resolving your application dependencies...
[ERROR]

That is it, it just stops there and gives no clues about what to look for. Can anyone help me turn on more verbose debugging or logging, or find a log file which might tell me why the build is failing?

FYI, I'm using Sencha Tools: 2.0.0 Beta 3

I upgraded my app from Sencha Touch 2.0.0.0 to 2.0.1.1 using "sencha app upgrade".
Then, I was able to run "sencha app build testing" without any errors.
