    Unanswered: Grouping dataview items


    Is it possible to show dataview items by group like list? If possbile then how to accomplish it?

    Can I ask why DataView doesn't support grouping? I'd kind of like to have the grouping aspect of Lists but with the ability to use components of DataView. Or being able to use components with lists would be good too.

    Which version of ST are you using? You can use components within List now.

    That might be my problem. I noticed that on 2.2.0, they have use simple items on lists but I didn't see a whole lot of explanation on what you couldn't do with a simple item and the "useComponents" property was still private.
