Grig changing position after closing another grid

Hi guys,
something weird is happing. I created a layout using the portal layout as the example (http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-4.0...al/portal.html), but when i put two grid inside a tab, put them side by side, and close the left one, the right grid goes up.

and when i close the left grid, the right one goes up

Any idea?

Sounds like a layout issue, wouldn't think it would behave like that anyway. More info?
