loading multiple grids Asynchronously- EXTJS 3.4

Hi there,
I have 4 grids which I have to load simultaneously using different masks, is there any way to do that ? or atleast load them with the same mask message ?

Either use loadMask:true on your grids, or manually add and remove the masks using the .mask() and .unmask() functions.
