Title and Ext.Img in Tolbar

Inside a toolbar (Ext.Toolbar) I need to put an Image in front of the title and have the title aligned left.

So far I have set the config to:

config:{
 centered: false,
 title: "myTitle",
 items:[{
   xtype: 'img',
   width: 20,
   height: 20,
   ...
 }]
}

But this only shows the title on the left and the img right behind the title.
any idea how to switch the position ?

Use Titlebar instead of Toolbar and give the child items the align config (left/right are values)

I tried the titlebar, but the text is always middle aligned. Is there a flag to left align the title?
