Sencha Touch data storage to sql through webservice

Please assist me how would i store data from sencha form(login form) to sql server through web service,
I mean how to send data to web service as json from sencha touch

Is this from a form, a store, a model, just an ajax request?

That is from a form,
Actually i have a form login form and i need to store the data onto the sql databse and i have another form where ill get the data from sql and display onto the list .
So when i click on any name i need to open a new page or tab and display full data .
