Is Charts license legal if I create native app using Architect?

Ok, so I have a license of Architect with touch 2.1, can I publish or create a native app with it if I has charts, or is that an option?

You would be best served by licensing@sencha.com.
As long as you have a license to Charts and to Architect you are good to go. Did you buy Sencha Complete? Sencha Touch Charts are exclusively licensed under Sencha Complete.Aaron Conran

No, I only have a license for Architect, so I am out of luck then. Is there a way to license Charts by itself?

So basically if I just create a site that users can view source, or if I create a native app, but show have a source code link I can use it under the GPL license, right.

Going the licensing route answered my question, thanks a million.
