Architect Sencha Command V3 Plugin option. How To?

As per the below document it there is some inferface plugin for sencha cmd v3.

I too downloaded Sencha Cmd V3 but not found anything like given in the document.

Can any one give clear guid how and what that plugin is about.

Yes got it.. its available in 2.1.
