    Default A communication error has occurred

    A communication error has occurred


    When I sign in Sencha Architect using Sencha ID and Password, There is a error message: 'A communication error has occurred' .

    When I activate Sencha Architect, there is also a error message:
    'Invalid Authorization Code'. I don't know why.

    Hi Soporte,
    If you send an email to vicki@sencha.com with your order number, I can give you the correct Activation Code! If you buy a product with Support (such as a Sencha Complete) you will get 2 activation codes, one for the Tool, and one for the Support!
