is ther any way so i can empty my cloud store or remove items from it ?? i have a condition that i really need the user to empty his store and delete all the data from it.

All the records in a 'sync store' can me deleted. You can iterate over them and delete each of them, or call clear to delete everything. But... This only marks the records as deleted. You won't see them in the store, but they are actually in local storage. There isn't a way to delete records permanently.
