2.1.0 Build 676 - Transform/rename getting reverted

Hi,
I have a large application with a panel that is card layout and having a lot of child panels (with child panels).
When I Transform all panels to Container and change the userAlias and userClassName on the "main panel" everything is sweet and perfect.
BUT after x restarts of Sencha Architect they are all reverted back? The userAlias and userClassName is the old and all containers are now Panels again.
This is starting to get very annoying and has happend many times now?

Could you provide a project that shows this problem and/or steps to reproduce?

We haven't seen this yet and/or had any other reports of it.

Hi,
I know this is super strange and I don't understand it.
I can have like 5-10 save quit and then. Boom! and the file is reverted.
I can't create a project because I don't know what triggers it.
