CellEditing + Nav error when grid is empty

Description:

• "TypeError: 'undefined' is not an object (evaluating 'a.id')" when using navigation keys in a cell editing enabled grid

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• http://docs.sencha.com/ext-js/4-1/#!...l-editing.html
• delete all rows
• use navigation keys
• check the console for this error: "TypeError: 'undefined' is not an object (evaluating 'a.id')"

The result that was expected:

• no error

The result that occurs instead:

• this error: "TypeError: 'undefined' is not an object (evaluating 'a.id')"
