    Default Unanswered: Grid Column Click Event Prioritization

    Unanswered: Grid Column Click Event Prioritization

    I have an ExtJs 4 application that has 3 views on a webpage:
    * Search Criteria
    * Search Results
    * Secondary(?) Results
    User enters search criteria and clicks Find pushbutton. Search Results grid (paged) is populated. Clicking on a Search Results row populates Secondary Results grid(paged also).

    One of the columns in Search Results grid is actually a hyperlink.

    If I click in a non-link column, I want the Secondary Results to populate as it currently does; however, if I click in the link column, I want to go to the linked page WITHOUT populating the Secondary Results grid.

    Is is possible to setup prioritized events such that clicking a link column takes precedence (overrides) the normal event handling for all the other columns?

    Thanks,
    Daryl

    What event are you using when clicking on a row, select or itemclick?
