High charts - column stacked chart in ext js 4.1

Hi,

I am trying to implement a high charts - column stacked chart using extjs 4.1. But when i run it, it does not display the chart, and there is no error on console also. Could anyone point out what is the exact cause, that prevents the chart from being rendered?

I have attached the code for reference.
