    Default ERRORLEVEL is not correctly reported

    ERRORLEVEL is not correctly reported


    Platform: windows 7,batch file.
    ERRORLEVEL variable is always 0,even though some errors may occur at build or other time.

    This is indeed quite annoying. Also, errors don't get logged on stderr. We use 'sencha compile'.
