Fonts not showing up correctly in Architect GUI
Fonts not showing up correctly in Architect GUI
Hello,
I have just downloaded the Sencha Complete demo and the fonts on the startup intro message panels and on everything but the Behaviors window/panel in the GUI are outlines. Which makes it almost unreadable! I'm not sure what to do about it is this? I assume it is a bug? I have attached an image to better describe the problem. Any thoughts as to what is happening would be greatly appreciated. Running mac 10.7.5.

Hello again,
Does anybody know what the default font is for the Architect GUI? I was wonder if maybe it isn't active on my system and a replacement font that is an outline is loading instead of the correct one?

It's "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, "Segoe UI", Segoe, Tahoma, sans-serif

Thank you Aaron for the reply,
I'm on a Mac and I have "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica and Tahoma. But "Segoe UI" and Segoe are windows font so I don't have those on my system.
The attachment you show seem to be for the font that are showing up correctly within the interface.
I'm talking about the main headings and titles for everything, ie. Settings, Behaviors, Charts so on.
All subcategory fonts work fine not any of the headers, buttons, etc.
I have attached what my starting info screen which as the same problem. As you will see it also has the fonts outlined and difficult to read similar to the GUI.

Could you open the Font Book application and search for the font and see what it looks like?
Do you have the bold outline variation in there?

Aaron,
I went into Suitcase Fusion search and turned off the Bold Outline version of Helvetica Neue and everything loads correctly. Thank you very much for your help.
