Architect Touch 2.1 - Tab Panel Docked Bottom Doesn't display

I am using Architect Touch v 2.1. For some reason the Tab Panel disappears when I set the docked attribute to bottom. I read some posts that say I need to set the doctype to html 5 in the index file, but I couldn't find where to do this in Architect because app.html file auto-generates and doesn't allow me to change this. I am using Chrome as the browser. Thanks,

Could you attach an archive of a sample project that doesnt work and/or provide steps to reproduce?

Attached is the zip file of the project. If you change the docked attribute to bottom the screen is blank in Architect. I think ever since I upgraded Architect things have been kind of screwy.
