    I have got sencha touch 2.1, but I didn't find the touch.jsb3 file.

    Where can I find it or create it?

    Using Sencha Cmd you don't need to use jsb3, it will look at the requires statements in each class to dynamically create a list of classes needed to be built and in what order.
