CityBars Example: Yelp creating problem

I have just followed step by step guide to create my first mobile app using sencha:

But every time i go for registering on "https://www.yelp.com" for getting "Yelp key".It comes up with "oops! Yelp is overworked right now."

I am form India and this is not available on yelp registration page.Is that the problem?

You might want to contact Yelp support or search their developer forum threads for service problems and/or international registration issues.
