Status of TOUCH-3749

I have both the issues mentioned in this bug occuring in my chart. the data points are marked with the color but all the legends are in black color.

One more issue with legends are,

If you push the chart to a navigation view and push back, the legends stay on the screen and it keeps stacking the legends everytime you push the chart to the navigation view.

Is this already fixed or are there any workaround for this issue.
