no appearance constructor in livegridview
no appearance constructor in livegridview
GXT 3.0.2b
need an appearance constructor in LiveGridView in order to support our multiple styles for LiveGridViews in out application.

Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for
EXTGWT-2743
in
3.0.4.
