    Default Add/remove to grid dynamically

    Add/remove to grid dynamically

    My grid panel is like below. I want to add, remove, manipulate datas and reflect the results to the browser on an event handler. I used reach panel with Ext.get('MyUpload').setVisible(false); and make it invisible. But I want to change datas in the grid, I search and tried much but I could not achieve. I need to help, small examples like removing all datas are also helps me very much as well. Thanks in advance..

    PHP Code:
                                              xtype :'gridpanel',

    title'Papers',

    id:'MyGrid',

    store: {

    fields: ['name'],

    data: [
                                                       {
    name'Cowper'},
                                                       {
    name'Everett'},
                                                       {
    name'University'},
                                                       {
    name'Forest'}
                                                       ]
                                            },

    columns: [
                                                      {
    text'Name',  dataIndex'name' }
                                                      ],

    listeners: {

    'itemclick':function( gridrecorditemindexevent){

    //alert(Ext.decode(record));

    alert(record.get('name'));

    Ext.Ajax.request({

    url 'Download',

    method:'POST'

    params : {

    paperName:record.get('name'),
                                                                  },

    scope this,

                                                              });

                                                          }

                                                      },

    Ok I solved to problem. I was reaching component with Ext.get, instead I should use Ext.getCmp, now it worked, but I do not understand why get also works with some methods like setVisible, I spent much time to solve problem for a little thing.
