ExtJS Chart Callouts

How to use http://docs.sencha.com/ext-js/4-1/#!....chart.Callout ? What does it do ??
Are they actually something like this https://market.sencha.com/extensions...allout-callout ?

I couldn't make much from the docs / source code and did not find any examples using 'callouts'.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

It's a mixin that gets put onto the series that can show callouts using the callouts config on the series. If you pass items in the callouts config it will then show a Panel

So, I am guessing the callouts config option goes in the series and not on the chart??

It would be really great if you could point me towards an example or is there some documentation regarding this somewhere which i am missing.
